In order to achieve this goal, Transgor Logistik is continuously assessing client satisfaction and measuring the quality – value ratio in order to establish different levels. This implies the understanding of our clients’ needs and expectations and the kind of services they are willing to purchase.
Transgor Logistik is customer and solution oriented in order to offer perfectly adapted solutions, therefore we aim to improve our management system and to constantly evaluate all improvement possibilities.
For this reason, in 2007, as a natural step in our development, we have implemented a quality management system according to the SE EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, which was certified by TÜV Rheinland. By defining a mission, a company policy and by complying with the requirements of the SR EN ISO 9001:2015 Standard, Transgor has an edge in building a climate of trust with its suppliers and clients.
